Rescheduled exams set

Update, 5:40 p.m. May 3: Due to mid-state flooding, Volunteer State Community College closed at 10 a.m. today, May 3, and will be closed on Tuesday, May 4.
Final exams for both days have been rescheduled.
"Exams originally scheduled for Monday, May 3, 2010 will be rescheduled for Friday, May 7th and will follow the previously published exam schedule regarding times.
"Exams originally scheduled for Tuesday, May 4th, will be rescheduled for Monday, May 10th and will follow the previously published exam schedule regarding times," according to the website.

UPDATE, 5 p.m. May 3: Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin will be CLOSED on Tuesday, May 4, due to flooding in the mid-state area. Tuesday final exams will be rescheduled. Please see the Vol State home page (link below) for the new exam schedule for Tuesday's exams. As of now, exams, originally scheduled for Monday, May 3, will be on Friday, May 7, same time and same place.

UPDATE, 9 a.m. May 3: Volunteer State Community College has now decided to RESCHEDULE finals that were set for Monday, May 3. They will be rescheduled for Friday, at the same time in the same place.
In addition, the campus will be closing on Monday, May 3, at 10 a.m.

Volunteer State Community College will be open, Monday, May 3, despite area flooding. Final exams will be as scheduled (link below).
School officials announced today, May 2, that the Gallatin and Livingston campuses would be open Monday, May 3, as usual. Other sites should be checked before attending.
Students, faculty and staff are urged to use caution and their discretion as they travel to campus.
If unable to make it to campus for finals, students are encouraged to contact their instructors as soon as possible.

It is so sad. I am sorry about the flood. But rescheduling exams is a good idea.

It's nice that they rescheduled the exams - definitely a good choice in this situation.
