Wade Johnston

Biggest Career Moment: A self-proclaimed lover of Julia Nunes, in November 2008 Johnston was invited to be a part of her ukulele orchestra on YouTube's first ever live streamed, event YouTube Live.

The Skinny: Wade Johnston has been playing guitar since he was 13. He was in musicals in high school, and played an original song at his high school talent show.
In the summer of 2008, Johnston created an account on YouTube and began to post originals and cover songs. When Johnston, covered one of Nunes' songs, he caught the blossoming artists attention. Johnston along with several other famous YouTube musicians, was invited to be part of Nunes' backing band at YouTube Live in San Fransisco, Calif.
When he returned home, he released his first solo CD, Jane-EP.
In late 2008, Johnston formed the band Wade Johnston and the Navigators with friends.
Along with his collaborations with Nunes, Johnston has also collaborated with other YouTube celebrities including Jack Conte and Danielle Ate The Sandwich.
