Comfortable Pumpkin Bread

Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 cup cooked pumpkin
1/3 cup cold water
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Southern Comfort
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two aluminum loaf pans.
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Then add oil, pumpkin, cold water, and Southern Comfort.
Blend well.
Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix chocolate chips into batter.
Pour batter into the two loaf pans, filling each only half way.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
